Website design: design the information architecture, prototyped in Figma, created wireframes, and conducted usability and desirability testing on users. Website development in Squarespace. Created nearly 400 pages, multilingual website in Spanish, French, English, and Catalan. The website was redesigned to make this contemporary photo festival live on the web beyond the dates of the festival and showcase the work of emerging photographers as well as internationally renowned ones. As a focal point of the CDP in France, I was responsible for assessing the training needs for environmental reporting. Coordinate the activities of the travel department, such as negotiating contracts with travel agencies, approving payments of invoices, staffing, reserving airplanes and hotels according to WOAH rules.
