I was lucky enough to work with Alejandra on a number of business analysis projects of US Chocolate and various packtypes at the Hershey Company. Alejandra provides creative thinking to almost everything she is involved with. Having her on your team is very beneficial for that exact reason. She is the person you turn to when you think the team has hit a roadblock and she will help provide a path forward. She is smart, listens, applies her past knowledge, and leads when needed.

Alejandra and I were peers for about 8 months while we were on the Packtypes team, where we focused on portfolio strategies for Hershey's largest confection brands. Alejandra was always very detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and great at conjuring up creative ways to motivate our teammates. She did an awesome job developing and executing a very informative team-building off-site, and was always a great team player. I would welcome the opportunity to work on a team with Alejandra in the future!
