Supervision and Management – Supervise two full-time staff, create documentation for electronic resources and serials workflow purposes and assist staff with problem solving access issues or print journal claiming. Oversee daily tasks which includes serials management and receiving, print serial retention, serials maintenance, invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and acquisitions of ebooks and serials.
