- Design and develop large-scale databases, demographic projections and program optimization tools for local and international business and non-profit entities. - Provide technical assistance to private, public and non-profit clients on the identification of medium and long-term goals and optimization of benefits in projects and programs, with an emphasis on leveraging available recovery funding streams. - Lead interdisciplinary teams in the completion of disaster vulnerability assessments, low-income housing market analyses and strategic planning exercises. - Principal Consultant for OXFAM Americas’ Puerto Rico’s Local Vulnerability and Disaster Risk Reduction Assessment and congressional delegation visit (Jan. – June, 2019) - Lead philanthropic recovery and relief coalition in Playita, San Juan, including: external partnerships; evacuation of vulnerable populations; damage assessments; roofing and waterproofing; distribution of donated supplies and meals; dissemination of needs and lessons learned.
