It was a pleasure to work with Aled for over six years at Table Tennis England. Aled is passionate and dedicated about his work and is an excellent manager and relationship builder, always putting people first and helping them feel at ease. Aled has an excellent understanding and knowledge of coaching, education and sports development and showed time and time again he can develop an idea and see it through to implementation, such as with the launch of our e-learning platform. In my time working with Aled he was able to significantly improve coaching standards and the quality and number of new people coming through educational courses.
Simon Wheatley
I have worked closely with Aled in the area of coach development for over 3 years. He has transformed the education pathway for table tennis coaches across England. He is passionate about sport and helping people, teams and leaders to regenerate and develop. Aled is exceptional at managing large projects working across a diverse group of stakeholders in different organisational functions. I have been very impressed with his approach to digital coach education. He has led the way for other governing bodies to follow.
