I've had the pleasure to know and work alongside Alec for a few months now. In a short period, he has taken an idea and turned it into reality. AltaStaff entire consulting business is essentially growing out of his head. As hard as he works at it, he always has time for each of us at AltaStaff. He asked for and got our compensation plan for lead generation on the consulting side. For him, no question is too small, no idea too trivial. Despite his humor and calm demeanor, he's capable of getting down to business, and is all professionalism around the clients and prospects. His mere presence seems to amp AltaStaff up a tick.

Alec is a master at building relationships; thus, he is ably suited to help customers make a complex purchase. In addition, he has years of experience in the education market, able to see educators through the changing technology that has elevated their profession. I highly recommend Alec as a sales professional in the education market for a company that values relationships with buyers of sophisticated products.

For Brainfuse, I helped meet a growing demand nationwide to provide veteran-specific content in their JobNow database. Veterans are going to be hitting the private sector in increasing numbers over the next two years. AltaStaff entrusted me with the task of starting and growing a training business to go along with their very successful staff augmentation business. Our goal: become a known and trusted source for onboarding and outplacement training. I designed the training and asynchronous training materials, the assessments, and ran the trainings. drove marketing, sales, and business development. AltaStaff's president and I worked together to establish thought leadership in our arena.

Bright Impact delivers the ability for school administrators, service learning program directors, instructors, and students to manage their Service Learning initiatives and measure their impact. Bright Impact offers all the tools needed to effectively and efficiently work within groups towards a Service Learning goal. Advanced graphing technology and enhanced search and sort tools make tracking impact easy. In my role as VP of Sales, I successfully brought in 12 users from private and public universities, and community colleges. We had programs large and small, mature and brand-spanking new. One such partner has wrote Bright Impact into a Gates Foundation grant. I contribute to marketing and strategy as we near our full release. Further, I act as head of business development, mobilizing our partners and seeking new ones. I also contribute to the strategy and planning around service learning conferences, concentrating on getting Bright Impact the most possible touches for the best possible investment.
