In my current role at AXA Wealth, I manage 8 teams of client operation teams, dealing with all enquiries from advised and non advised customers. Working on the Elevate Platform, my role includes leading the team through a number of operational changes and integrating front and back office support into one function. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements such as CASS and TCF, streamlining processes to create efficiency in staff and maintaining and improving service levels offered to all our clients. Performance to date has seen an increase of 30% of business this year and service levels maintained with 20% less staff.As part of my role I need to liaise with the Sales Director and a number of other internal functions such as Finance, IT and Proposition. It is a crucial role to play the middle man between the business and clients who use the Elevate Platform. I have worked with Elevate for over 4 years and have seen the Platform grow from below £1 billion to over £8 billion now, including an additional £2 billion in funds under management last year.
