  The role of National Manager was to oversee the Country Operations & Customer Services, tracking metrics of on-time pick-up and delivery of shipments. Ensuring efficient Hub networking and flight / surface co-ordination and right pricing with guaranteed upliftment of cargo. It required setting up policies, working with the Sales and Product teams. Monitoring metrics of Customer Services and Operations, initiating action to improve metrics at various levels.
