  Using leadership, clear communication, and my organizational skills to help run our beer garden as smoothly as possible. My responsibilities encompasses a wide variety of tasks. Including but not limited to recruiting and hiring staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus, and helping the restaurant bring in new business. As a manager I strive help our company increase its customer base and improve the quality of both operations and our menu offerings. Also responsible for motivating our staff and delivering a quality experience for our customer base. My other responsibilities are tracking and maintaining inventory, maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, and ensuring that all food health and safety requirements are consistently met.
