Aldila is such a nice person to have around. she is not only a great colleague but also a very good human being, a fantastic leader and a friend. She led the Cabin Crew Training Department in GoAir as Sr. Manager from 2006 to the last week until she and her family migrated to UK. The characteristics that made her a great manager were her knowledge, stress handling capabilities and immense kindness. She knew how to bring the best out of each person, inspired them and is an outstanding mentor. Her drive for perfection and her reliability made her the Go to Person, her dedication and hard work were exemplary when she worked thorough her maternity leave and even when she was hospitalized for completion of a project on hand. As a department Head, I have always learned a lot about Good leadership from her and it was an honor to have her as the most integral part of my Team and the Inflight Department. Aldila, was dearly missed after she left and the void she created was impossible to fill. She is a Fantastic Human being and an Asset any company will be proud of.
