We successfully planned and executed a complete hardware relocation of the lab with only one week's downtime. Managed inventory of complete systems, parts and supplies, including international shipments of sample devices needed to support major hardware releases. Served as the primary contact for software, firmware and hardware support of prototype server and client devices, collaborating with company SMEs when needed to debug and resolve complex issues.
