  JOB SUMMARY Planning, evaluation and monitoring of the activities of the various departments under the division. Directly supervises the janitorial services contractor, pest control contractor and sanitation contractor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Constantly inspects and evaluates the building premises and surroundings for cleanliness, sanitation, and proper house-keeping. 2. Planning, evaluation, and monitoring of the activities and programs of the various departments of the division. 3. Evaluates existing systems/procedures pertinent to the Administration Division and recommends changes fit with the end goal of serving the best interest of the company. 4. Troubleshooting specific problem areas as may be assigned. Undertakes special projects or studies, including the supervision of ad hoc teams which may be formed for such projects. 5. Prepares work schedules and checks the attendance and assignments of all contractor. 6. Evaluates the performance of contractors. 7. Reports building defects and prepares job requests to correct the same. 8. Attends/sets meetings with various departments to discuss pertinent issues/concerns. Show less
