  I am the Superintendent of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Adaro Energy, where I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding corporate social responsibility. I coordinate and prepare plans for Adaro’s One to One Grant Matching program with shareholder foundations, which I incorporate into the draft Program and Budget Approval as well as the Activity Term Sheet for payment approval and implementation. Additionally, I manage relationships with local communities and other stakeholders, as well as create and oversee programs that enhance the social and environmental performance of the Company. I also develop reports on the Company's CSR initiatives and present them to the Director of CSR.
