Alberto is a living example of "smart and gets things done" developer, a performance out-breaker that I'm glad to have met him at Deviget/Twixt/AppNexus and would enjoy working with him beyond any doubt.

Denis O.

I worked with Alberto (aka Bert) during all his time at AppNexus. Alberto worked on the frontend team using angularjs, javascript, html, css and all our 3rd party libraries. Enthusiastic, hardworking, fun guy and a good teammate. Alberto created a cool upload progress indicator widget. Albert has also led some sprints and ran them well.

I'm helping the company create new procedures to be more effective at delivering quality software and creating new strategic products to increase the company value and enhance our users experience. I created new deployment pipelines on Github, did enhancements to our core library, incorporated unit tests and code reviews and added some really cool new integrations to our platform. With the help of my beloved team we created new amazing products from scratch using React, Redux Toolkit, Antd, NodeJS, WebSockets, ActiveMQ, MongoDB, Lambdas, etc. I'm currently having a lot of fun implementing module federation in one of our React apps to allow multiple teams to work fully independently while being able to dynamically load the output of their work in our core app in runtime, without any extra build / deploy required! Isn't that amazing? 😎 Show less

I worked with the latency team to help improving the site's performance. We introduced good performance practices like lazy loading, http hinting, SSR, caching, styling and image optimizations, CDNs, etc. One big achievement was the optimization of the build process of our own component library, which allowed tree shaking, making the site load ~2s faster. I collaborated on the creation of a latency dashboard, an image comparison tool, an analytics client tool, a React component to measure mounting times, etc. Show less

On my first year I used AngularJS, Karma and Jazmine as the basic tools to help Elementum build the most innovative and complete solution for supply chain. Since January 2018 I've been working with the first team at Elementum implementing React, Redux, redux-saga and Jest to help creating a product that will allow users to quickly upload their data to our platform. We do scrum and collaborate between different kinds of professionals and teams in a relaxed and mentally energizing environment. Show less

As an external contractor, I'm fully concentrated on frontend development using AngularJS (with some minor interventions on the backend). I'm gaining knowledge of one of the comapany's key apps and already developed some really cool features like background uploading with percentage and graphical progress indicators. I'm also maintaining existing code and writing unit tests with a close approach to TDD using Karma + Jasmine. On March 2010 I started working with the Application Development Monster Team. I mainly worked with OOP PHP, MySQL, VIM and Linux shell to access multiple enterprise servers. I used Mantis and SOS as issue trackers. I used SVN, CVS and GIT as versioning systems. All documentation and formal communication was done in English. Show less

I have developed dynamic web sites for Disecom, using: PHP, xHTML, Javascript, XML, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop and Fireworks. I also did graphic design and analysis besides programming. I developed the "Newwws" system (http://www.newwws.com.ar/) from ground zero, manually parsing XML to store and interchange data and manually parsed Google News content and integrated it into Newwws as its main source of info.
