Passion for the Asprinio di Aversa and attachment to the land it grows on has led the founder of DRENGOT to recover the old traditions of his childhood. Demanding cultivation techniques, which require the grapes to be harvested strictly by hand. Without interfering with the natural cycle, quietly bearing witness to a miracle that is repeated at every harvest.
