      I developed my end degree project with the physiology department during this time. The name of the project was “Introduction to tissue engineering: skin organotypic models to study the tumor microenvironment in melanoma progression.”The first three months I learnt how to work with cell culture and to perform assays such as invasion in Transwell, MTT proliferation, Western Blotting and extraction of proteins among others.
