  As the one in charge of the shipping and receiving office I had to be aware of all activity for every week. I created all the schedules for drivers and warehouse workers, the schedules were for all the incoming freight and well as shipments. I kept track of all work that the warehouse crew completed on a daily basis, as well to know every product’s location per day. I also had to charge and bill every shipment of our branch with Fortitude and then report it to the supervisor through Outlook. All shipments need a paper file so I had to file each one. All problems go through me, and as a manager, I had to problem solve it or direct it to it. A weekly report needed to be shared to the whole branch, and I had to create with Excel with proficiency.
