Formed part of the UK R&D team in new product development, working side by side with designers to make their product vision possible. The process consisted of creating and ordering prototypes to test a variety of functionality from the product including compliant mechanisms, form and structure. Worked with international teams in USA, India and China. I used ANSYS to test structural prototype parts and ordered vacuum cast models for user trials.
