I had such an incredible privilege and a rare opportunity of working with Alberto on an entrepreneurial venture. Alberto's capability as a phenomenal servant leader comes with his ability to translate the big picture and convey it in simple, clear terms to his team. There were several instances where he could effortlessly articulate and connect the company/product vision to company strategy and initiatives and thereby help his team with effective decision-making, prioritization, and focus. I greatly appreciate his ability to ask tough questions and introduce some of the best tools & practices from Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. I strongly recommend Alberto's guidance and leadership if anyone is going through a struggling product development and launch phase.
