The main challenges were to make sure the information from all areas can be correctly entered in the ERP and, with that, have reliable Financial Statements (this has reduced the time needed for the monthly closure from 15 work days to one week), optimize the use of critical supplies with the confection of an updateable dashboard that calculates the use and cost per cubic meter of finished goods, and reduce a USD $75.000 difference in the Supplies' Warehouse by controlling the Inventory Purchases.
