We leveraged BeMyPool’s growth partnering with suppliers and industry leaders in Spain & Portugal. Our new business model was featured both on the TV show “Valor Afegit” (TV3) & the industry magazine “Piscinas Hoy”. I designed the whole sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales process, dealing with both B2B (20%) and B2C (80%) customers. As for the logistics, I led the implementation of an integrated system to shorten delivery times by combining in-stock management & dropshipping agreeements. I recruited, onboarded and trained 5 employees that joined the company (sales, customer service & logistics profiles). In April 2022, the company was sold to an industry competitor.
