  Albert was previously the Managing Director and primary consultant at Manta IP Management Services Pty Ltd prior to its merger with Wrays in 2009. He was instrumental in establishing Manta in the local marketplace and developing its suite of services aimed at assisting organisations to realise competitive advantage through strategic and effective IP management. Through his roles at Manta and within industry through his previous employment with the Orbital Engine Company, Albert gained firsthand experience with IP strategy, commercialisation and licensing activities. His engagements with a variety of high profile commercial and technical companies and exposure to different leading edge technological developments enabled Albert to acquire significant skills and expertise in a range of areas including the identification, evaluation, protection, management and commercialisation of IP assets.

Throughout his 10 years with Orbital, Albert was exposed to leading edge technological developments and acquired significant skills and expertise in a range of areas including the identification, evaluation, protection, management and commercialisation of IP.
