  I started as a Technician in TLE Automotive, then i switch to Service Write where I build customer service skills. It was my responsibility to interest the customer in purchasing all things automotive related plus help other techs with oil changes and tire changes. I also did restocking of old and new products, facing, and maintaining a clean area as well.
