By analyzing data, I was able to craft reports regarding issues, concerns, budgets, and performance standards to foster continuous improvement. I collaborate with Load-Control, Operational Control Center, and Maintenance departments to effectively handle operations. In addition, I organize weekly meetings via MS Teams or Zoom with the team to discuss new security directives and approval and invoice tracking of equipment repair/replacement while advising on charter flights out of the regular schedule. I provide expert advice on and generate aircraft information sheets for the current fleet of ACMI contracted aircraft to ensure rapid assembly and dismantling of equipment on the ramp for offloading and loading.
