  At Naïo Technologies I operated and monitored the operation of autonomous robotic vehicles. These vehicles were used for cultivation/weeding services on multiple specialty crops in the Salinas Valley. I would coordinate with growers on a weekly basis to schedule acreage for the week. Plan the logistics to handle the mapping of the fields, creation of the maps, tool set up, and schedule field entry.During field demonstrations it was my responsibility to execute all customer expectations on the autonomous technology to assure a successful demo, and the satisfaction of a potential customer.On a regular basis I would share all the knowledge on how to properly operate the robots through documentation, and practical training with the team. As a Senior Lead Operator I was also involved in the screening process of future potential candidates. As well as the training of all new employees, clients, and partners on the use of our machines.I assisted in developing and implementing good food safety practices, and ensured that such practices were being followed by the operator(s).
