I had the pleasure of hiring Albert for 6 months to come work as an Automation Specialist for the Worldwide Reports Automation Project I managed. Albert is quick to learn, a self starter, and asks the right questions when learning a new tool. He works well in teams and is very independent/self sufficient. He's a pleasure to manage, as is always eager to learn. Working in a virtual environment was new to him, yet he handled the challenges of the job perfectly! I'd recommend him for any job that deals with working in teams as he is an excellent teammate and back-up.

Albert recognizes the need for work adaptations on a daily basis. His skill sets have enabled him to demonstrate job duties to his audience and the OMLT. He ensures compliance with procedures and safety regulations while conducting classroom instructions in this fluid environment. Albert’s classroom preparation includes visual aids used to support instruction, handouts issued to support training, individual assistance to each Company representative as needed and supporting the OMLT’s understanding of the material being covered. In order to ensure the highest quality of instructions to his audience, all material presented is based on ANA 1-3.5, Chapter 4, Troop Leading Procedures. Albert has trained 44 units in TLPs which supported the training of 922 officers, NCOs, and soldiers. The rehearsal conducted in support of upcoming training reinforces Albert’s ability to determine the direction he takes the audience. Mr. Albert Figueroa is patient, understanding, and desires his audience to excel. Al has written numerous classes in order to re-write an already established TLP program of instruction in order to make the product more valuable and usable by the audience he instructs. Al can be given assignments with the expectation of timely completion. He prepares lessons learned as needed and provides weekly updates to the team leader for input into the PM’s Weekly Report. He prepares the deliverables needed to support training a full up MDMP (10 Days) or Refresher MDMP (4 Days) at least one month prior to execution. Al anticipates shortfalls and works to fix them without being told. With the amount of data needed to support our audience, Al ensures that all items have been checked and completed. Albert has been a tremendous asset to this organization and would serve any company with distinction.
