      R&G are a Tier 1 supplier to a number of major UK supermarkets. My daily duties included forecasting and demand planning, supplier and key stakeholder management, procurement activities with a multi-million pound spend and ensuring all elements of our ERP system are up to date and accurate. Plan and purchase according to demand forecasts and market demand. Create demand forecasts at multiple levels. Co-ordinate and monitor inbound supply, working closely with the warehouse teams. Manage and maintain sample requirements for relevant product line. Update and maintain stocks and raw materials attributes including, but not limited to start ship dates, product holds and lead times. Provide support to our Global suppliers and ensure on-time purchasing, delivery and supply is met. Reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency. Monitor and track new product launches ensuring “flawless” launch. Identify slow moving products and initiate and co-ordinate stock clearance programs with Product Management for old stock.
