Albany kindly agreed to come and work in our US office at very short notice to help us cope with a period of high demand. She was able to hit the ground running, made an immediate difference and was calm in the face of new approaches and co-workers. Albany was also a positive social influence in the office and we were worry to see her go at the end of her planned stay here.
