Alba joined my test team at a critical time in testing for a release. When she joined the team she brought business knowledge of the product and some experience as a User Acceptance tester. Although she had very limited experience as a tester she quickly adapted to the workload and skill set required of her. She took direction very well and applied everything she was learning along the way. It was a pleasure to work with Alba. I am confident she could succeed at anything she applied herself to.
