Examined whether test takers' behaviors (e.g., time spent on section, revisited/revised items) when taking the GRE vary across demographic groups and how these differences may relate to test performance. Performed data management and multi-group analyses on data from 251,990 U.S. test takers. Used study findings to Illustrate how response process data can be used to advance research on fairness and bias in assessment.
