  ● I had the role of being a main leader. This allowed me to show that I could take on a big responsibility and exceed expectations, and even being offered another training program to do for the future. ● Planned the program so all children could participate this made me think quickly on my feet as sometimes the sports activities had to be adapted for disabilities. ● Coordinated closely with the senior leader and deputised with management. This allowed me to pick up skills such as preparation for the program before it had been put out to the public and learn the routine of a senior member.
