Sat with Judge Dight during various cases in the Central London County Court. Was particularly impressed by Judge Dight’s handling of a litigant in person who had a history of vexatious claiming and was aggressive in the instant hearing. Despite this, the Judge was patient and realised that she did actually have an arguable case, and took care to be objective and ensure that the claimant was provided with the proper support. Sat with Judge Dight during various cases in the Central London County Court.
