On Time Performance Program - lead a cross-functional project to define Air NZ's "Precision Timelines" for departing aircraft on time, ensuring all operational areas have clearly defined targets and interdependencies are accommodated.3. Operational Readiness Program - lead a program to ensure all Air NZ operational divisions review and assess their risks, have effective mitigation plans in place, in order to operate successfully through the High Season. The project expanded to include Crew Readiness for upcoming fleet and schedule growth.4. Leading Air NZ's engagement and collaboration with Auckland International Airport Ltd to address the traffic congestion issues being experienced around Auckland airport in order to secure the best possible outcomes for Air NZ's customers and staff.   Providing strategic direction and leading a team of 50 people responsible for planning all Air New Zealand's Jet and Turboprop pilot and cabin crew requirements (approx. 4000 staff). The team plans up to five years ahead to match supply against fleet & schedule demand, right through to roster publication. Key achievements have been to implement a restructure and establish a new leadership team to lift engagement and take the wider team forward, delivering sufficient crew to operate the Air NZ schedule through a period of unprecedented growth, and delivering significant commercial gains through multiple productivity initiatives.   Leading a team of around 25 staff, this was effectively an FC role within the Engineering Business Unit of Air NZ. The team included all financial accounting (A/P, A/R, credit control, balance sheet control) as well as interaction with Air NZ treasury, plus full finance support to the business with a Management Accounting team of 8. Key achievement was being a key member of the leadership team working through the restructure of the Engineering business, ultimately resulting in large savings through the closure of the sub-scale engine shop and new collective agreement for remaining areas.
