  I was a founding director (and later Managing Director) of Community Solutions Partnership Services which became a leading developer, investor and manager of primary and community care assets, principally through the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust initiative but also as third party developments and within the Hub programme in Scotland. As a Director of CSPS’ parent company Morgan Sindall Investments Limited from 2013, I was responsible for development delivery and asset management across all MSIL’s partnerships in the regeneration, health, education and emergency services sectors.
