Janice helped us buy our first home. We had worked with several realtors in the valley and just didnt find the right fit until we met Janice. From day one she went out of her way to help us.

Mary Hall

Janice is a patient lady!! She worked with us from Alaska and we live in Georgia! She would give us daily updates as to what we were looking for.

To My Fellow Realtors, Friends, Family and Acquaintances, There’s one thing that I have learned in life over the course of time... If your not happy with what is going on around you, you change… So many are scared of change, people get comfortable, start having self doubt, or they may not in be in a position financially to make it happen. Unfortunately, sometimes it means the loss of friendships or relationships, it means, you do what you have to do, even it if means you go it alone… If there is a will, there is a way...We want the stars, We want to grow, We want the opportunity and We want to make it happen and will do whatever it takes to take the next step. As long as you have your eye on your goal, never give up, stay positive throughout the process and do it for yourself, nobody or no one can take that away from you! So Yes, I have made the business decision to take my next step! Alaska Premier Group has joined EXP Realty and I haven’t been this excited about a change in a long time...a vast pool of knowledge, a tremendous amount of resources, marketing package already in place if you need it and an open playing field with professionals that want you to succeed as much as you want to help those around you succeed! Life is too short to have those that try to hold you back and stop your potential! The Sky is the Limit...and the only way we are going is UP! Thank you to Frank Zellers, Broker, Stacy Hague and the entire team at Alaska Premier Group! Loyalty is hard to come by this day and age without you we wouldn’t be where we are today! Here’s to a FABULOUS 2019!!! Interested in learning more? We would be happy to share our knowledge… You can have it too and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!!! Show less

My Dream Came TRUE!!! On December 19, 2009, I opened up Alaska Premier Real Estate. I was excited, scared, ready and knew this was the next step I had to take as I needed to run my business the way it felt right and I wasn't finding that in working for a franchise. Now it was all on me and I knew I could handle it...I started with a small foundation and improved the office, materials and supplies as I built up the business...In December 2010 I expanded my office size, signed on new licensee's and began to build a business, not only for myself but for those that joined forces with Alaska Premier Real Estate. I feel that all Licensee's obtain their Real Estate License for a reason and they need to be awarded the fruits of their labors! I run a fair Real Estate Brokerage and have built a foundation for all of us to build from, I provide the tools and you are in charge of your future!!! Oversee the operations and daily activities within the Brokerage including assisting our professionals, contracts, follow up and follow through, clerical functions, transaction coordination, advertising media and all other duties in owning a business to provide knowledge and the exceptional customer service I would anticipate when needing a professional in any industry! Prior to signing on with Prudential Jack White Vista, I was considering going back to the local Coldwell Banker Office as this is where I was born in the industry, knew the processes and was comfortable in the environment portrayed there…had all the paperwork filled out and was encouraged by a Professional here that I needed something more, I needed to consider Prudential. Made the appointment, met with the Broker and immediately signed up… Continued to establish materials to assist myself in the success of the industry I LOVE…created several marketing masterpieces, worked on my plan, utilized my budget, established some clientele, once again, I was not feeling comfortable working for such a large franchise and after several positions within the company…I longed for the next step in my career…it was time to move on… Show less

Relocated to the Mat Su Valley in April of 2006. Prior to arriving I chose to work for Re/Max so I could hit the ground running. In the beginning this was quite the challenge as I only knew a small handful of people here so I had a lot to learn about the Mat Su Valley and South Central in general. Real Estate in Juneau is pretty basic as there are several facets of the industry that simply do not apply there on a consistent basis, ie., well, septic, section line easements, long legal descriptions, different rules per City Codes, Mat Su Borough Regulations, Home Owners Associations, Covenants Codes and Restrictions and just the way business is done. I saw the difference and knew I had to dive in to learn what I needed to learn. Not only having to find my way around, I needed to connect with other Professionals in the industry to get established. I developed my marketing plan, marketing materials, advertising budget, clientele and performed necessary clerical functions to operate my business under the Re/Max umbrella. Over the course of my connection with Re/Max, I was longing for something more, something more personalized, not a large organization as I had come from a small office and made the decision it was time to move on… Show less

I started my Real Estate Career with Coldwell Banker Race Realty, with Mike Race, Broker in Juneau, Alaska. As an Independent Contractor and a new licensee, I had to find my style, create my path, and work toward the goal of learning the Real Estate Industry from my more experienced peers and building a business of my own. With the guidance of my Broker, Mike Race, a Wonderful Man who believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, encouraged me when I doubted myself and most of all was there for me to learn from, gain experience through and launch my career to become what it has today!!! In any new career path, you have a lot to learn and I quickly learned I was in charge of developing a marketing plan, establishing clientele, marketing materials, contract writing, transaction coordination, advertising media and clerical functions. It was all on me but I was able to get it done the way I felt it should be, and it was right! At this point, I discovered within myself that I have found my “niche” in life as I genuinely care about the good of people and knew that I wanted to provide knowledge and the exceptional customer service I would anticipate when needing a professional in any industry! At last, I felt at home!!! Doing what felt good inside and making a true difference in the lives of the clients I represented! I hold values of honesty, integrity and customer service in a very HIGH regard. My philosophy in my career, one I will stand by is, it doesn’t matter what you can afford, if you contact me and seek my guidance, help and knowledge, it is my job to help you get you there, providing you with all the necessary information to make an informed decision! “Welcome Home” Show less
