  Sheffield, United Kingdom I undertook a 12 week lab project (+writing up) with the Department of Cardiovascular science investigating the expression of IL-1α in experimental atherosclerosis and the effect of Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supplemented high fat diets on IL-1α expression. This was part of my 3rd year of reading Biochemistry and Genetics at the University of Sheffield Molecular Biology and Biotechnology department.
