Lead Business Analyst to prepare the Business Case for the upgrade of PeopleSoft financials to Version 8.4. This involved the review of functional and technical improvements, documentation of business requirements and documentation of the Business Case. Alasdair was appointed Project Manager for the upgrade with Bearing Point-PeopleSoft Solution Centre as the Upgrade Partners. The onsite Project Team totalled 20 team members. The upgrade involved a major technical change as PeopleSoft deployment was via the web browser.
