I worked with Alan at Molecular Devices in a new product introduction and a product development role for several years. I enjoyed working with him due to his personable nature, and I learned quite a bit from him about BOM structuring and Project Management. He always took the time to personally help me out and answer questions about using our company's source control tool. As a project manager, he kept the project moving along by holding people accountable to their deliverables. I also felt he was a good unofficial co-leader of the NPI department in terms of rolling out initiatives and explaining their significance to the team. I would definitely enjoy working with Alan again in the future.

Alan and I worked together at Molecular Devices. He was a great Project Manager. Alan is easy to work with and follows though on all the details a PM needs to keep track of.
