As a school counseling intern I am given many responsibilities which help me learn how to effectively guide and counsel students. I have even taken the liberty of starting a small group for students with truancy issues. I love interning at Columbia Middle School with the diverse student population and a staff that truly cares about seeing students grow and progress throughout their time there.
