Since joining to lead communications for Traffik Analysis Hub in 2021, I have overseen the development of key messaging, brand integrity, and media engagement. Since then, my role has progressed to include work across both brands, organising the Group’s principal events to leading work on prevention campaigns, product launches, impact analysis reports and social media campaigns. Communicating with clients is a key part of my role and with partners in Finance, Business, Law Enforcement and the non-profit sector. Establishing and maintaining these relationships is essential to the success of both organisations. Show less

Operating as a research analyst for TA Hub I was involved with their global data project to stop human trafficking through effectively curating data. The project involved researching and undertaking investigations into trafficking cases for the purpose of training their AI learning machine. Following this project I was then involved in undertaking deeper investigations into the global trafficking network, identifying key information to be documented within a data set. As a Senior Assistant Manager, I held a variety of responsibilities which included analysis and presenting data on both product and sales performance. I was required to monitor sales through regular analysis whilst also maintaining awareness of how competitors were performing and the status of current season trends. My responsibilities required good written and verbal communication skills along with proficient use of Microsoft Office Programmes.Part of my role involved full Store accountability in the absence of the Store Manager, and this involved creating associate schedules, organising the day-to-day running of the business with the ability to prioritise. I regularly took part in weekly conference calls with senior management including Regional and District Managers and HR and Asset Protection Leaders. As a Senior Manager, I was selected to attend the Abercrombie and Fitch ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ seminars. This was an opportunity for senior management to receive comprehensive HR and Inclusion training, in addition to acquiring knowledge about their charitable partnerships and the company’s plans for prioritising the Social, Economic and Environmental factors of sustainability. Working for Hollister, one of my key responsibilities is to collate and present data on both product and sales performance, often considering the trends and relationships between the two. We frequently created mood boards and reviewed trend packs helping us to map out how we should display and push new products as well as study new season trends. I was also responsible for the organisation and planning of key retail events with tasks including the production of layout (visual merchandising) plans, project management and sales and product forecasting. As a member of the leadership team, part of my role in store was to drive Asset Protection awareness in the absence of our AP Investigator and together, we created Monthly Game Plans which focused on maximising business and minimising loss. Awareness was driven through staff training initiatives which required regular positive and constructive feedback and coaching to team-members in order to re-enforce best practice while also developing good working relationships.
