  Over the past 10 years, I have taught in Saudi Arabia and Australia, Northern Alberta and most recently, locally with the Calgary Board of Education. My experience is in primary and secondary education however, most of my experience is in Junior High. I've served as the facilitator and lead teacher of our English program: Lucy Caulkins "Reading And Writing Workshop". Recently, I have fulfilled long term contracts teaching Yoga, Health, PE and Drama and am extremely interested in bringing yoga and mindfulness into schools and classrooms.
