Patrick Hickey MBA

Alan is an impressive man with great leadership and technical professional knowledge in the defense industry. His wealth of experience in the technical aspects and management of personnel in the industry are a strong asset to him and his company. His numerous years of experience in defense and his vast network of peers having worked for a Fortune 500 company ranked in the top 50 world-wide among the Defense sector will be of great benefit to his team on his next venture. His dedication to children and social causes give credence to his high character and moral standings which builds great leaders and organizations. I wish him continued success.

Dawn Battles, PMP

I strongly recommend Alan for his exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills. I had the privilege of experiencing Alan's mentoring through new Program Management processes and procedures when I was a budding PM; his patience, clear communication and support were immensely helpful to my professional growth. Alan was also a critical teammate when he answered the need and stepped in to help define subcontractor SOW and requirements on top of his already fulltime assignments. Alan was our "go to" for succinct yet comprehensive descriptions, organizational structures and processes/procedures. Alan is also an excellent proposal manager, implementing clear and direct tasks, deadlines and roles and responsibilities then managing progress for timely submissions and follow-through to critical program wins. Alan has always been willing to wear many hats to ensure the program success. I hope to work with Alan again in the future!
