I had the pleasure of filling in for Alan when he left his position at First National Bank of Omaha to join Farm Credit Services of America. I later joined him at Farm Credit where we both worked in handling commercial lending, corporate law, and other matters . He is an extremely dedicated attorney who diligently represents the interests of his clients and employers. I know Alan to be a "big picture" thinker who can quickly get to the core of any legal matter he may be handling. As a friend and former colleague, he gets my highest and unqualified recommendation.
