In one word Ali is the best structural engineer you can work with. I worked with Ali during 2001 to 2004 as his department manager. He was very detail oriented as well as having a very good engineering judgment. He established a very well defined checking process for the company and was a very good checker himself as well. His knowledge of how to use engineering softwares to resolve problems was excellent and at the same time he had a very well undestanding of how to interprete the results. To summarize Ali is a big help to improve the quality of your product.
