  Work with multiple agents simultaneously to provide exemplary transaction support from listing to close, allowing agents to focus primarily on obtaining new listings and buyer clients. Primary responsibilities include setting up listings in MLS, Skyslope, Wise Agent, etc. Scheduling photography/signs/lockboxes, obtaining required documentation from clients, open escrow, setting up and maintaining transactions in Skyslope or Transaction Desk. Create real estate ads and content and maintain social media accounts. Maintain transaction timelines per contract, coordinate inspections, appraisals, oversee delivery of documents from all agents, title company, lenders, etc. Some contract and BINSR negotiations, BINSR review, coordinate estimates, repairs, etc. Coordinate closings with title and clients, attend walkthroughs, hold open houses and launches. Provide ongoing transaction status updates and communication to clients via phone, text, and emails.
