  As an Education Development Officer I was involved and led a number of highly successful National Education Programmes. Most notably I was heavily involved in the delivery of the Learning Schools Programme, the National Mastercalsss programme which established a community of Teaching "Champions" across the country to drive forward change in Scottish Education and the Glow project which established the world's first Nation Schools Intranet. I led a team of Education Specialists providing support to Local Authorities, Schools, Universities, Teachers and HMIE on how Glow could be used to deliver high quality learning experiences and the development of Glow Learn - the VLE - which was part of the Glow solution.
