      I have been employed at UBI since 1988, with a brief hiatus from 2006 to 2008 working at AGI Dermatics on patents for skincare products. These days I write patent applications and work with our patent attorney on the prosecution of ongoing patent applications. I also write grant applications, business correspondence and contracts, and papers for publication. Scientific areas include allergy, Alzheimer's disease, HIV, foot-and-mouth disease and other animal diseases.
