Alan was employed in the role as Project Manager for the delivery of the DC switchgear renewals to Network Rail. Having no rail experience to start with, Alan very quickly grasped the contract both on process and engineering and soon formed solid working relationships both internally and externally. Delivery was superb and Alan wasn't scared to look at things differently or challenge set ideas in an attempt to improve the working model.
