In short, Alan is an asset to any team he joins. He is inquisitive, proactive, and extremely smart, which makes him a consummate professional. During our time together, I saw him combine these qualities with his player-first mindset, which resulted in him having a direct and positive impact in everything he touches. Never settling for status quo, Alan is always asking smart questions, hoping to gain knowledge or find creative solutions to existing problems. While I would love to work with him again, I'll settle for seeing all the amazing things I know he'll go on to accomplish.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alan at Krafton. No one on our team encapsulated our directive of putting the players first like Alan. He constantly fought for our players, pushed for more content/events/giveaways, and cultivated a strong community of fans (although they were likely—rightly—fans of his positivity and optimism first and foremost). Alan is an immensely talented teammate and deserves every opportunity to succeed in the game industry.
