Alan’s incredible adaptability with multiple types of emergency calls has let him excel in the field of EMS. His uncanny ability to know what to do in nearly any situation makes both patients and co-workers feel comfortable with him. His flexibility also allows him to quickly switch tactics if the situation requires. Alan is also able to work effectively with other co-workers, making him a great addition to the team. Alan takes the time to sign up for multiple EMS-related courses. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent, and is always taking the time to assist any co-worker who may need a little extra help.
